Dina Nikolaou continues to showcase Greek culture with elegance and generosity. Today, she’s setting up shop in one of the capital’s most iconic locations: La Samaritaine — a perfect blend of Mediterranean tradition and Parisian sophistication. A nod to the French art of living, with a Mediterranean twist.
Once again, Evi Evane captures the attention of food lovers in Paris! After taking on the challenge set by the Crous de Créteil this winter—serving a menu to over 1,500 students and sharing her Greek heritage through healthy, generous cuisine—chef Dina Nikolaou, at the helm of the renowned Parisian establishment Evi Evane, a family-run business established in Paris for 20 years, is now taking up residence this spring at La Samaritaine, the iconic department store on the banks of the Seine, until the end of September.

Bringing the best of Greece to a setting that embodies the French art of living, chef Dina Nikolaou offers traditional cuisine made from a carefully curated selection of grocery products sourced from the finest Greek terroirs. A culinary journey to Greece this summer—without ever leaving the capital.

Comptoir Evi Evane – Samaritaine, 9 rue de la Monnaie, Paris 1st arrondissement.
Open daily, from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. For more informations : La Samaritaine.
