Kalamata pop-up restaurant,
Back in Saint-Tropez

Inaugurated with a one-month pop-up in 2022, in the shade of the reeds bordering Pampelonne beach, the Kalamata Beach restaurant is back to Saint-Tropez until the end of September.

After taking up residence in the 8^th arrondissement of Paris, the Kalamata restaurant arrives, in its beach version, and settles on one of the most beautiful beaches of Pampelonne, Tamaris, for the summer season.

In a green setting, entirely decorated in the colors of the Cyclades, with the Mediterranean as a backdrop, Kalamata is a Mediterranean menu with Greek accents prepared by a chef who came straight from Mykonos. A sunny cuisine, simple and generous where meat and fish are grilled in a charcoal oven.

The menu reveals a trip to the Cyclades: a selection of mezes, Greek salad and feta, zucchini and eggplant fritters, yogurt sauce, tuna tartare and lemongrass vinaigrette, tomato carpaccio with Kalamata oil.

The dishes here are shared : spaghetti with king crab, grilled eggplant with feta… As a final touch, the creamy pavlova with Greek yogurt and its strawberry mousse, a giant semi-cooked cookie with caramelized hazelnuts and its ice cream vanilla or the traditional pistachio baklava.

Between resident DJ and tailor-made programming, Kalamata Beach is the place to be again this summer in Saint-Tropez.
