we love the reflection of the sun on a gold medal. We love the light projected by a diamond that meets a ray. We love the lightness of a summer jewel. We love the story of a ring. The memory of a ribbon tied around the wrist. We like to make a bracelet our new talisman. We like to multiply amulets like so many mystical lightning rods. We like accumulation. The mix and match. We love the gispy spirit of an anklet. We like the overdosed. We love summer for its freedom to love.
Eikosi Dyo, Icon S/S 2023 collection
Ancient Greek gold coins “Icons” whisper mythological stories. The powerful symbols of ancient Greece are at the heart of this collection, designed and made with love and passion by Mélanie Nydegger, in a workshop in the heart of Athens (see our Encounters section). Sharing a coffee last March in Athens, the designer once again told us about all the strength and positive energy she puts into each of her creations.
